Open Business Representative Position

We are now accepting applications for a driven/self-motivated individual for the position of Business Representative at IBEW Local 483. The duties would include, but not be limited to being responsible for all aspects of contract administration and interpretation up to and including grievance adjudication, mediation, arbitration and various types of hearings, unfair labor practices, labor/management meetings, employment claims and discrimination complaints, as well as organizing new members. The position will require NON-traditional work hours.
